THETFORD TWP, MI — Home delivery for both medical and recreational marijuana products from Freddie’s, a Clio-area dispensary, will begin for the Bay City, Saginaw and Midland areas on Tuesday, April 14.
Freddie’s, located at 10092 N Dort Highway, started home delivery Tuesday, March 31, for areas in Genesee County. The business announced it will expand its delivery service to areas in Saginaw, Bay and Midland counties in a Thursday, April 9, news release.
“There has been an excellent response from customers when we began home delivery of Freddie’s products in the Clio area,” Nicole and Barry Goodman, Freddie’s owners, said in the release. “Home delivery is an easy way for recreational marijuana customers and medical marijuana patients to get Freddie’s without having to leave their residences.”
Freddie’s plans to expand delivery service to other parts of the state in coming weeks, the couple said.
“We’re here to make people happy,” they said.
Orders must be for $200 or more and there is no delivery charge. State mandated limits 2.5 ounces of marijuana or equivalent product per day. The customer placing the order must be the one receiving the order when the delivery is made.
Freddie’s is also continuing to offer curbside pickup from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week.
Those who order are required to provide their name, address, phone number and driver’s license, state-issued identification number or medical marijuana card information.
Customers are asked to go to the Freddie’s website or call 810-547-7276 to place an order. It is quicker to order online than call, according to the release.
